One exciting thing about having an event in Florida is the variety of themes that can complement your event. One theme in particular, since we are located on the gulf coast, is a old fashioned Pirate Theme in South Florida! Set sail, or on land in this case on a high seas adventure either from one of our beautiful beaches or hotel backyards. Hoist your sail and weigh anchor for a night of pillaging and looting.
As your guests arrive they will be handed pirate mugs and they will enter over a wood planked bridge that leads to an area vignette that includes a huge treasure chest overflowing with “Pirate booty” and a bandana wearing skeleton trying to escape, plants, cannons, signage, barrels, smaller treasure chests, Tiki Torches, etc. A life-like Pirate of the Gulf stands guard.
To enhance the beach area is a shipwreck vignette that includes wooden crates, roping, skulls, a skeleton and a tattered pirate flag. The tables are vintage pirate as the are netted glass bottles in various colors and shapes that will center each table. They will be complimented with pearls, chains and gold coins.
Buffet tables are covered with netting; wooden crates at various levels embellished with gold chalices, carved wooden skulls, a variety of treasure accents, wine bottles enhanced with melted waxed candles.
